Vacation Designer

Travel is about details and understanding what the customer ultimately wants. Kathy Ranney started with the big picture and then worked backwards until the details lined up exactly as we wanted. As the process moved along, she kept us in the loop to make sure we stayed ahead of any decisions that needed to be made so we didn't miss any opportunities. The trip went off perfectly and we had a great time (the weather cleared up every time we needed it to!). After we got back, Kathy wanted to talk about the trip and the details and how planning could have been different or better in any way. This to me is a critical step in that each time she plans a trip, she learns and improves the process and each new customer and her repeat customers (of which we will be one!) gain the benefits.
